1. Introduction

Welcome to Astrolabe Coffee House ("we," "our," "us"). By subscribing to our monthly coffee subscription service through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our service.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 

3. Subscription Service

  • Our subscription service provides coffee products delivered to you on a recurring monthly basis.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your saved payment method each month until you cancel.
  • Subscription details (product type, quantity, delivery frequency) are displayed during checkout and can be updated via your account.

 

4. Payment & Billing

We hereby warrant that any account to be opened by, or interest to be held by, the user in connection with these terms and conditions is either:

  • We are not liable for any disputes regarding the source of funds.
  • All prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and include applicable taxes.
  • If your payment fails, we may suspend deliveries until payment is completed.

 

5. Cancellation & Changes

  • You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer service at least 5 days before your next billing date.
  • Changes made after this period may apply to the following month’s shipment.

 

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a replacement.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Deliveries will be made to the address you provide.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier issues).

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Astrolabe Coffee House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your subscription.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately for new subscriptions, or from the next billing cycle for existing subscribers.
